I love to travel and learn about other cultures. It's fascinating to see our differences and similarities. On recent trips to Mexico I was able to see the ruins of Chichen Itza and Tulum. We got lots of photos while there, and brought home some wonderful souvenirs.
Italian food, Mexican food and chocolate are my passions, however I must admit that I just love food, period. Also, I think cooking and baking lets me use some of my creative instincts while at the same time gives me a sense of accomplishment.
Recently I received my Woods ring at St. Mary of the Woods College, which is a great achievement for me. For those who don't know, and aren't familiar with the ceremony it is greater than the one they have for graduation. I took my role as bearer of the Woods banner (which was bigger than me), and sang the Ring Song. It was a great day for all of us - around 90 women and men received their rings that day.
I look forward to graduation in 2010, many more trips in the future (desinations unkown at this time) and lots and lots of great food!
